02

Skilled Audiologist for Every Task

Not all Audiologists have a passion for in house hearing aid repairs, rather, they just send the hearing aid off to the manufacturer for repair, leaving you without hearing for an extended period of time. Dr. Bradford is passionate about troubleshooting and doing everything possible in house to keep you hearing your best, with no down time.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Can I be seen at your office if I did not purchase my hearing aid from you?
Yes! We keep a variety of manufacturer parts and supplies in house. Please contact our front office directly for currently available manufacturers.
  • How often should I have my hearing checked?
The Mayo Clinic recommends a baseline hearing test, at least by the age of 65. If you have certain risk factors (including diabetes, heart disease, noise exposure, or ringing in the ears), you should have your hearing tested sooner. If you have a known hearing loss and you are not wearing hearing aids, you should have your hearing tested annually.
  • What makes Knox Audiology Unique?
While it is true that a patient's success with hearing aids can vary based off their hearing abilities, time before waiting to amplify, and level of technology, a hearing aid only works as well as the person programming it. Dr. Bradford has dedicated her career to being versatile in programming--whether that is traditional amplification, amplification for musicians, implant programming and more.
